There will be a School Community and Title I Meeting on Wednesday, August 26th, at 5:00 pm. Last year, we had a suggestion about providing an opportunity for new and returning parents to meet and do a bit of socializing. So, from 5:00 to 5:30, you will have an opportunity to chat with parents and teachers. We will even provide a light snack! At 5:30, the meeting will begin. We will give a general explanation of our philosophies and rules, talk about the upcoming school year and our Title I program, discuss and sign-up for volunteer opportunities and provide parents with an opportunity to ask questions. It is preferred that children not attend. However, if not having available childcare is preventing you from attending, you may bring your child. If this is the case, please let your child’s teacher know so that we have an idea of how many students will need to be monitored.
